    To the maximum extent permitted by law, BoraPhone and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the Services.

    You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BoraPhone, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services.

  11. 11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

    These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved through binding arbitration in London, U.K, except that either party may seek equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

    We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or the Services. When we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice through the Services or other appropriate channels. Your continued use of the Services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
